Rewilding Britain has launched a new Rewilding Challenge Fund that will award £100,000 in funding to one large-scale rewilding project annually. The fund asks applicants to 'Think Big, Act Wild' and will nurture initiatives which show maximum potential for upscaling rewilding on land and at sea. The National Lottery Heritage Fund offers grants for heritage projects across the UK that involve activities and capital works from £3,000 upwards. The Heritage Fund is able to support both natural and cultural heritage and has identified supporting landscape and nature projects as a key priority for investment. https://www.heritagefund.org.uk/
John Boddy Award 2024 - This prestigious award is now open for applications. Organised and judged by the Royal Forestry Society, Forestry Commission and Yorkshire Agricultural Society, it will be presented to the best example of woodland management in Yorkshire.
