This ambitious initiative not only looks to restore, expand and link up fragmented chalk downland habitats across 10,000ha of North Kent, it also aims to reconnect the local community with this iconic landscape and you could play an important part in delivering this whilst learning.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent interpersonal skills to assist the team in delivering a combination of office and practical tasks. Some of the work includes assisting the team in carrying out habitat surveys, organising events, processing data, promoting the project through social media, etc. You will need to have a keen interest in nature conservation, attention to detail and be willing to work outdoors in all weathers.
