This is a full-time permanent role based in the UK as part of the Common Purpose team, which is responsible for leading and developing the organisation’s environmental work - a key strategic priority for Common Purpose. Our Programmes Manager will work independently, with support from colleagues to plan, manage, set-up and deliver on two exciting new Nature Recovery Leadership Programmes, run in-person and online for emerging leaders involved in nature recovery. The Programmes Manager will be someone who has excellent administrative and logistics skills and is a clear communicator.

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Programmes Director to specifically work on two new Nature Recovery Leadership Programmes, which we are about to launch in the North of England and in Scotland. The Programmes Director will be responsible for designing and delivering the Nature Recovery Leadership Programmes, leadership development programmes run in-person and online for emerging leaders involved in nature recovery in the UK. They will be an experienced facilitator and someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing stakeholders.
